PLC System Project for WET (Wire) Drawing Machine Automation

Client: M/s Raajratna Metal Industries Ltd.

Problem: Automation of Wire WET Drawing machine.

Solution: PLC Drive Control Panel.

Controlling of 5HP and 15HP Drive that controls the wire drawing process. Traverse Controller are used to maintain the winding on bobbin. The Length Counter incurred to count the total length of the drawn wire and Speed Meter MPM to indicate speed in Meter per Minute.

Drives: 5 HP and 15 HP

The counting pulses are generated by proxy sensors and feed to the counter meter. The speed of drive is varies as per sensing by analog proxy sensor mounted on dancer.
