We have Designed, Manufactured and Installed PLC Drive based Control Panel at our valued client M/s Raajratna Metal Industries Ltd.
The Control Panel controls and automated 10 head having bobbing of fine ss wires. The panel contains 1 main drive of 3 HP for Capston Control and 10 drives of 1 HP for each individual Head. The wire length wound on each bobbin controlled by each Head, is counted by 10 individaul length counter and speed is indicated in MPM by the meter.
The similar Controls can be applicable where:
- Wire Winding Machine Automation Required
- Wire Drawing Machine Automation required
- Furnace Control Application
- Any kind of machine automation.
