Controlling of 5HP and 15HP Drive that controls the wire drawing process. Traverse Controller are used to maintain the winding on bobbin. The Length Counter incurred to count the total length of the drawn wire and Speed Meter MPM to indicate speed in Meter per Minute.

The counting pulses are generated by proxy sensors and feed to the counter meter. The speed of drive is varies as per sensing by analog proxy sensor mounted on dancer.

The Control Panel controls and automated 10 head having bobbing of fine ss wires. The panel contains 1 main drive of 3 HP for Capston Control and 10 drives of 1 HP for each individual Head. The wire length wound on each bobbin controlled by each Head, is counted by 10 individaul length counter and speed is indicated in MPM by the meter.
